About Midwest City Roofing
Every roof we take on gets the same first step from us: an unhurried inspection, from the shingles and flashing down to the decking wherever we can reach it. Before we suggest a repair or a replacement, you hear plainly what we found and see the photos.

How we approach a roof
Most roofing trouble starts small. A lifted shingle tab, a cracked pipe boot, a nail that backed out after a long, hot summer. Left alone, these let water reach the decking, and a modest repair turns into a larger one. Our job is to find those details early and tell you about them honestly, even when the answer is that your roof has good years left.
So we walk the roof before we talk about price. We check the field shingles for hail bruising and granule loss, look closely at the flashing around chimneys and sidewalls, feel for soft spots in the decking, and look in the attic for staining or poor ventilation when you let us. We take photos as we go, and you see the same pictures we do.
Then we give you our findings and a recommendation that fits them. Sometimes that is a small roof repair. Sometimes it is a full roof replacement. When a storm is involved, we explain what we saw and how the insurance process usually runs, while the claim decisions stay with you and your adjuster.

What you can expect from us
Findings before recommendations
You get a clear account of your roof's condition, with photos, before any proposal. If a repair will do the job, we say so.
Written, line-item estimates
Materials, labor, tear-off, decking allowances and permit costs are listed separately. You can see what moves the price and compare it fairly with any other estimate you collect.
Care for your home during the work
We cover landscaping and protect siding, windows and the driveway before tear-off begins. Worn flashing is replaced rather than reused, and underlayment and drip edge go on the way the manufacturer specifies, because those hidden layers decide how the roof holds up.
A clean, finished site
Debris is picked up as we work, and we run a magnetic sweep over the yard and driveway for stray nails. Before we leave, we walk the finished roof with you.
Where we work
Midwest City is home base, and our roofing work reaches homeowners in Del City, Choctaw, Spencer, Harrah, Jones, Nichols Hills, The Village, Oklahoma City, Moore and Norman. Spring hail and strong summer winds mean a good share of our visits open with a roof inspection after a storm, with storm damage repair following only when the findings support it. We also handle gutters, and we take on commercial roof repair and replacement for building owners nearby.

Let us take a careful look first
A ceiling stain, a few shingle pieces on the lawn or simply an older roof you want checked are all good reasons to reach out. We will arrange a visit, inspect the roof and go over the findings with you, photos included.
